    NEED ASSISTANCE?
    Log into the Fort Smith Public Schools helpdesk portal to report problems and ask questions.  Here you can submit service requests and check the status of your tickets. The chat feature is available 24/7, but support tickets will be created for chats outside of work hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM on regularly scheduled school days). A team member will respond as soon as possible during work hours.
