Addie uses her diverse skillset by writing press releases and developing content for the district’s website and social media platforms. She plays a vital role on the Communications team, often serving as the “go-to” resource for the district’s internal stakeholders. If Addie is asked about something and doesn’t know the answer, she will employ her strong research skills and technical abilities to deliver that answer.

Earlier, her role at the district included work with Community Partnerships and the district’s Foundation, where she helped with scholarships for students and grants for teachers. While working with the district’s Partners in Education, she gained relationship-building skills and community exposure.
Addie supplements her educational growth in school communications through active membership with the National School Public Relations Association (NPSPRA) and ArkaNSPRA.
She is a Fort Smith native and a graduate of Northside High School. In 2018, she graduated from the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith with a Bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric and Writing and a Minor in Media Communications. Learn more about Addie on LinkedIn.

Previously, Brianna worked as the Creative Director for Chamber Fayetteville. In her role at the Chamber, she designed and built a new, streamlined, easy-to-use website and oversaw the company’s digital media. She also managed social media platforms and designed marketing content, event and membership graphics, and informational documents for Chamber Fayetteville and its affiliated brands.
Brianna earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas with a major in Marketing. During her undergraduate studies, she participated in the Walton College Honors Program. As part of her Honors College studies, Brianna undertook a thesis research project titled “Public Perception of Foster Care in the State of Arkansas.” Combining her passions for marketing and children in foster care, Brianna collected and analyzed data about the general public’s attitudes towards foster children, foster parents, and the foster system as a whole. She then identified barriers preventing people from getting involved and made recommendations for addressing those barriers. Brianna was awarded a State Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) Grant to execute her research.
Brianna is a devoted wife and mother. In her spare time, she enjoys houseplants, crafting, and photography.
