Working with the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith and industry partners, Peak offers student-focused, high-quality curriculum and career plans that meet state requirements. Peak connects students with training for in-demand occupations in a premier facility, offering hands-on classroom instruction that aligns with high school and college requirements and equipping students with stackable industry-recognized certifications and concurrent credit. The facility offers on-the-job training through apprenticeships and internships, with strong mentoring and linkages to adult apprenticeships and continued education at the post-secondary level. Peak is working with businesses and industries to help fill the gap in mid-skilled employment in our region and working with our partners in adult education and higher education to ensure we create pathways to continued learning and career success for our students.

Many of PEAK Innovation Center's programs are provided through our partnership with the Western Arkansas Technical Center.
