Cook represented well in the 2018 STEM Wars competition that was held at the Northside High School activity center. We had four teams place from our school. In 3rd grade, Addison Phonepradith, Bentley Andres, Ke'leah Menifee, and Lainey Russell placed 1st in the Can Do Canoe challenge. Also in 3rd grade, Cruz Salas, Allan Salazar, and Juan Rios placed 2nd in the Can Do Canoe challenge. In 5th grade, Aaron Boggs, Adriana Zaleta, Averi Bottjen, and Hayden Chaffey placed 2nd in the Starship Down challenge. In 6th grade, Hunter Daily, Isaac Stewart, Ben Forrest, and Kent Arnold placed 1st in the Harnessing the Win challenge. Congratulations to all of our winners! They were awarded with trophies and medals in a ceremony on April 5, 2018.
