"I could not be more proud to serve the students, teachers, families and community of Ballman Elementary. We are a small school, but we try to go above and beyond to take care of OUR students in every way!!! We are currently in our fourth year of implementing the Professional Learning Community Process and are honored this year to be a part of the Arkansas PLC Pilot Project.  How cool it is to have our staff and students working with national Solution Tree Associates and collaborating more intentionally to meet the needs of those we serve.   We are excited about the culture we are creating at Ballman where we will do whatever it takes for our students, and we are doing it with heart and soul every single day!! We know to be successful we must work hard but also play hard, and we celebrate our successes often! If I can help you in any way, please don't hesitate to contact me."
